Since we have sold and implemented the systems, know the processes, and the people, we think it is logical that we also provide customers with technical support on the systems.

 

We are committed to a long term relationship with our customers and being able to operate as a full professional service provider this should make a big difference to our customers when choosing for IPERION.


The technical support operates with the tools and equipment that allow fast and reliable communication, logging of incidents, monitoring of the activities, and problem resolution.

 

We are in close contact with the vendors of the systems in case software issues cannot be resolved by IPERION. We understand the importance of the systems to our customers and the support team acts based on that knowledge.
