System Configuration

 

Configuring an information system is probably one of the most important aspects of a system implementation.

Basis for the configuration is the workshop(s) we do together with process owners and experts.

Of course we bring with us best practices that we use to challenge customers and have them balanced with their own practices.

In the end the agreed upon configuration is documented and formally approved.

This document is from that moment on vital for the organisation as it details how the system is (going) to support customers processes.

At the same time it is the base line for system change control and thus important from a validation stand point of view as well.
