When moving from one system to another there is bound to be a need for data migration.

The migration of data is carefully prepared and documented in a separate document.

When possible we encourage customers to perform a clean-up activity to make sure only relevant and non-polluted data is being transferred.

As part of the validation process the migration is subject of a risk analysis.

The outcome of that analysis determines how the migration is executed en which verification activities are required to guarantee the correct and complete transfer of data in the new system.
