When delivering products and services IPERION strives to create a situation in which both customer and IPERION are satisfied with the result and the way the result has been achieved: the delivery process. The quality policy is aimed at delivering products and services that are verifiable and have the quality attributes as agreed with the customer. A continuous effort is undertaken to comply with the requirements - customer requirements , industry standards as well as legal requirements - and improve the effectiveness of the IPERION quality management system. The delivery of high quality professional services is key towards achieving IPERION’s mission and thus elementary in the execution of daily work. All staff members are trained and instructed how to contribute to this quality attitude and stimulated to adopt it as a second nature. The management is committed to guide and to provide training and the necessary means to continuously improve the service towards our customers. In the yearly plan a description is provided what the targets are and how measurements will be done. Previous results are taken into account when making the new yearly quality plan and a description is provided how measurements will be done.
